The Last Frontier Council had a grand ribbon cutting last week to highlight all their activities. They have troops and packs in Canadian County, for both girls and boys, that are ready for new scouts. AND they are prepping to honor Robin Hocker, aka Chester the Clown, at a wonderful banquet because of all he has done. They still need table sponsors for the big event!
