Crossover Tips - Part 4 pf 4
Make the Bridging Meaningful
In our final installment, let’s focus on celebration and momentum.
🔹 Partner with Cubmasters for a meaningful Arrow of Light bridging ceremony
Plan a memorable ceremony at the Pack’s Blue & Gold Banquet.
Consider presenting each new Scout with:
• A troop neckerchief or T-shirt
• A Scouts BSA Handbook
• Recognition alongside their Arrow of Light Award
🔹 Highlight the benefits of Scouts BSA
Emphasize youth leadership, high adventure, service opportunities, summer camp, and the path to Eagle. Help families see the long-term value.
Bridging isn’t just a ceremony — it’s the beginning of a new adventure.
If you have photos or stories from a recent Arrow of Light bridging ceremony, share them with us at last.frontiercouncil@scouting.org. We’d love to celebrate your troop!
