It’s Arrow of Light Bridging Season!

Each year, hundreds of Arrow of Light Scouts take the exciting step from their Pack into a Scouts BSA troop. This transition can feel a little scary — or incredibly exciting. Let’s help make it more exciting than scary!

Here are two ways troops can start strong:

🔹 Select strong Den Chiefs
Choose Scouts who represent your troop well to serve as Den Chiefs for Arrow of Light dens. Make sure they complete Den Chief training so they are prepared and confident leaders.

🔹 Be a resource for outdoor experiences
Offer equipment, leadership, and guidance for Arrow of Light parent-child campouts. Showing how a troop operates outdoors helps families picture what’s next.
