Fundraising Events
The Last Frontier Council hosts three major events to raise funds
in support of Scouting programs, youth, and volunteers.
The E. C. Joullian Distinguished Citizen Award Dinner
The Boy Scouts of America presents the E. C. Joullian
Distinguished Citizen Award at an annual dinner to recognize
community leaders who exemplify the Scout Oath and Law in
their everyday lives, in their workplace, and in their
spheres of influence.
Sporting Clays Classic
The annual Sporting Clays Classic is a special 100-round clay
shoot and fundraiser to support Scouting in the Last Frontier
Council. The shoot is timed just before dove season and
attracts top shooters from across Oklahoma for fun and
competition.
Gathering of Eagles
Each year, the Last Frontier Council hosts a Volunteer
Recognition Banquet and Gathering of Eagles. This event
serves to recognize the achievements and contributions of
youth and adults in Scouting and to raise funds for the
expansion and support of Scouting in the Last Frontier Council.
