John Nichols Family Camp Session 1
Scouting families are invited to camp at a council-supported Family Camp every spring and fall. Open to Cub Scouts, siblings, and all familiy members, Family Camp is a great introduction to the outdoors in Scouting!
Fee of $15 per person includes Satuday lunch & dinner, breakfast Sunday, and a John Nichols patch,
- 1K Mud Run with Obstacles
- Shooting Sports (Archery or Wrist Rockets)
- Swimming (Weather/Staff Permitting)
- Service Project for the Property
- Camp Fire
- Sunday Morning Non Denominational Service
The program will start at 9:00am on Saturday morning and run until 10am on Sunday morning. Scouts are welcome to camp Friday, Saturday, neither or both evenings with their families. Remember program does not start till Saturday morning. Meals included will be lunch and dinner Saturday plus breakfast Sunday.
Full Payment Required to be Registered. Unpaid registration DOES NOT hold a place for attendee.
NO ELECTRICITY is available in the camping area at John W. Nichols Scout Ranch. (If you use a C-Pap or other device, a fully charged Deep Cycle 12 Volt battery and an inverter will generally run one for two nights).
